Being A Christians

Jesus Christ is the son of God. When the man who God created in his own image sinned and turn against him, God full of his mercy sent his only son to come and save the man. Jesus Christ came and preached about the Kingdom of God. Many people came and believed in him and they became Christian.

A Christian is a person who walks in the ways of Jesus Christ. He must follow Jesus’ steps by meeting peoples’ needs with love. Matthew 20:26 Not so with you instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave, as the son of man did not come to be served, but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many. Joy, peace, happiness is a must to Christian as all their burden was carried by Jesus there on the cross.

A Christian who does not keep peace with others is not a true to his faith. Jesus is love and all those in him must show love to all. Giving and blessing others is a part of a Christian’s walk. To make the work of God to continue, preach the gospel to all creatures as commanded. Christians know their duty is to give. Christians give their tithes, love and offering. Giving should be money, belongings or harvests. They give in good heart without murmuring for God to bless their giving.

Christians should live and do well like the head of the Christian religion Jesus Christ. They should speak and stand for truth. Jesus promised his followers, who are Christians that he went to prepare a place for them. He is coming to collect and take them to his Father’s Kingdom. But it is only those who love him and their name written in the book of life that will go with him.
