Christian Music Director

A few legal questions 10 pts best answer?
I’m working on a film with some friends for churches, we’re wanting to make an allegorical story relating to Star Wars. Before continuing with my development, I have a few questions as towards some legal aspects:
1. The film is not for sale, it will be freely distributed, but we will ask for donations to make a budget and maybe donations later on to cover prices such as buying DVDs to put the film on,
etc.
2. I want to have music, of course, but I don’t really have access to anyone to do that. I would like to use songs from popular Christian bands. As the movie will be distributed freely, may I go ahead and use bands’ music without having to buy any music rights?
3. Since the allegory here is Star Wars, can I use Lucasfilm intellectual property, such as lightsabers and the term ‘Jedi’ without
paying royalties or such?
Newbie director here so any hints or tips would also be appreciated.
I am pretty sure you have to have permission to use/reference Star Wars or you can be sued, sorry. Try contacting the company to get permission.
