RIP..Bobby Byrd!..James Brown’s right hand man..do u remember?
People,we are losing our soul legends!!!..bobby voice can be heard on hits like,Sex Machine,Talking Loud,Saying Nothing;Licking Stick,Get Up,Get Involved,Talking Loud,Saying Nothing..bobby had funk hits on his own,Keep On Doing What You Doing,and the most notice and sampled,I Know You Got Soul!!! as well as others!!!…i know bobby and james are funking heaven up!!!..he sang at james funeral,and he was featured on a documentary about james brown about 2 months ago i saw!!!..he died from cancer..people we have to come together,we dont know when our last time maybe…bobby byrd has been jame’s partner since they were locked up in their younger years…they started as a gospel group,then fell in love with r&b..bobby had a different,usky soulful sound,may he rest in peace!!! James has another member in his soul/funk family to make music in heaven along with Lynn Collins,Bobby Byrd,and James,its funky up there
I didn’t know Bobby Byrd passed, He is a legend. May he Rest In Peace. Thanks for the update.
