any music majors out there?
hi can anyone tell me what songs in rock, gospel, latin, popular pop, r & b, uses the theory technique of cadence? i know a cadence is for repose? also, why do colleges teach u so much theory that popular music really does not use? what theory techniques does popular music does uses ( dont put interval/ inversions/basic theory)?
