Christian Music Hosanna

Has anybody else had the conviction that the quality of Christian music has really fallen in the past 15 yrs?
I used to listen to really good labels like Maranatha Music and Hosanna Integrity. Now they and everybody else just puts together what seems like sensual, showy, and sentimental. Not meaning to be critical, it just does not really seem to be elevating and ennobling anymore. I have not found anything annointed in a really long time! Anybody able to explain this???
I can relate, explain… could it be that the christians for todays age be what the bible calls ‘ carnal christians’.
I believe that if christianity followed the law of God by grace OHH, much would be different today. But gess what? This has to be, we’ll see just what type of soil the seeds of Christ were planted in, by new christians and the older christians.
